Join me for a week of healing and transformation as we retreat to the magical island of Lesvos.
Starting the day with a yoga practice, going for hikes in the mountains, meditating by the sea shore or getting a healing massage from Ioanni, are just some examples of how this week will unfold.
We will hike to the waterfall and swim in it, we will explore magical fairyland and practice yoga on the deck in the forest, and most of all - we will spend time together supporting each other on our journey of healing and transformation.

GETTING THERE
Flights into Mytilene, Lesvos (MJT) are available from Athens and Thessaloniki multiple times during the day. On some days there are also direct flights from Amsterdam, Brussels, London, and Copenhagen.As I've been booking quite a few recently to this lovely island, I have become pretty creative at finding good connections.
